The Riverside Office Centre is located between the town centre and Colchester main line railway station (Liverpool Street approx 55 minutes), both of which are within easy walking distance. The town centre provides all of the usual facilities and amenities including car parks, bus stops, shops, restaurants and bars.

The office suites are provided in mainly open plan format with suspended ceilings incorporating low brightness recessed lighting, double glazed windows, gas fired central heating by radiators (not tested) and carpeting.
